SUBSCRIPTION
◈ How does monthly subscription work?
When enquiring about any of my monthly subscription options you will receive a personal invite as well as date options to set your first introductory / assessment session. Your membership (training month) starts from the day we begin weekly sessions.. Subscription ends after 4 weeks from the first session. From there you can subscribe for another month (or three months subscription package with a 15% off).
◈ What does an online personal training monthly subscription involve?
By purchasing your training month you will get weekly virtual training sessions (number of sessions depend on your type of subscription), an individual training plan, nutritional guidance, and constant support remotely for the period of the training month. Despite the personal training service taking place online, rest assured I'll be there for you personally every step of the way.
◈ If I will enquire about a subscription today, when can I start training?
As you enquire about the desired subscription, you will receive an invitation email with the options of the monthly training subscription. We will arrange your first session time and day at your convenience, after purchasing the training month of your preference.
◈ How often will I need to train in a week?
The amount of supervised sessions a week will depend on your type of training purchased (once, twice, or three times a week). Outside of supervised sessions, your own training will depend on your dedication, goals, and capabilities. As a professional, I will help you to find the right way and frequently in order to achieve your goals.
◈ How will you track my workout progress during the period of subscription?
Depending on your goal, measurements such as questionnaires, scale data, body composition measurements, progress in strength (progressive overload), and endurance via specific tests, as well as postural assessment and reassessment will take place periodically during the time of your subscription with me. Progress is never certain, but working closely together we can change and course correct the strategies that might not work for you as early as possible.
◈ How will you track what I eat?
I am not a Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian that would entitle me to prescribe diets and strict ways of eating as well as treat eating disorders. The nutritional part covered whilst working together would be advice-based, with the knowledge gained through fitness certifications and attending nutritional conferences, seminars and continuous eduction from verified, science-based sources.
◈ If I want to continue to subscribe for another month, will it be done automatically?
Every training month must be purchased individually by paying for a whole month of training upfront.
◈ What if I can’t attend monthly subscription sessions can I freeze my subscription?
All sessions within your purchased training packaged must be used within four weeks from your first session date. Every case of needing to extend the period of your training will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

◈ Is this type of training suitable for beginners?
Whenever I start working with a new client I always meet them where they are. Everybody stands on different levels in the realms of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and wellbeing. My work with clients is 100% individual therefore people of all fitness levels are welcome.
◈ Will I need a gym membership?
There is no need to sign up for a gym if you don't want to. I have several years of experience training people in a gym setting, and 2 years in working with clients outdoors or in the comfort of their own homes (both virtually and physically). My way of working with you will be completely adjusted to your capabilities, needs, and lifestyle.
◈ Is it suitable for people who travel a lot?
Yes, I am a coach for day-to-day life people who have duties to fulfill, meetings to attend, kids to take care of. Agreed sessions can be rescheduled if both party's calendars allow this to happen.
◈ How will I know if I am doing exercises correctly?
If you apply to any of my monthly subscriptions I will be there coaching you through each exercise during our virtual sessions. If your plan requires training more often than the number of sessions we plan to have together, I will make sure you are ready to do your homework with confidence.
However, if you purchase a six-week training plan only without additional individual training sessions/consultations where we can go through each movement together, you carry the responsibility for the execution of each exercise. That's why I would always suggest subscribing to the service where I can dedicate enough time to support you every step of the way.
◈ Will sessions take place via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime?
Yes. We will agree on the software that is most comfortable for you to use. I do not operate via apps where only general and pre-programmed training plans are available. I work with individuals who require individual support, training plan, and execution.
◈ If I enquire about PERSONAL FITNESS STRATEGY, when can I expect to receive it?
Because every Personal Fitness Strategy is built individually it may take up to 1-2 days after the individual consultation & movement assessment.
◈ Will my PERSONAL FITNESS STRATEGY provide a thorough exercise program or meal plan?
No, the Personalized Fitness Strategy is meant to provide an advice-based structure and action plan helping you to focus on the right way of training, eating, recovering, and thinking in order to achieve your fitness goals in the most effective way for your personal case. If you need help in executing your Personalized Fitness Strategy, please consider purchasing an individual coaching month with me of your preference.

◈ What is your cancellation policy?
If you're not happy with the service provided you have to email me at info@kristinamasionyte.com with a request to terminate our work together. Unfortunatelly, I do not offer any refunds as this is a custom-made subscription product, but you may terminate your future subscriptions via the email provided above. However, if you did subscribe or purchased other services and are not able to use them before they even got delivered to you, there is a possibility to reschedule your agreed sessions or get a refund*. ◈ How do I pay for my subscription or other services?
For each service you will receive an invoice via email which can be paid by PayPal or Bank Transfer.

◈ Is my privacy as an online client secure?
Nothing is ever secure 100% in life, but client's privacy is my highest priority and therefore I do not use software or programs that could compromise client's personal data. To learn more about the Privacy Policy you can click here.
◈ Where do I need to live to apply for online personal training?
With the incredible power of technology, I can serve my clients all around the world. Although the bulk of my clients are from Germany and Lithuania, I get to see clients from the U.S. and U.K too. As long as the time of the meeting suits both sides we can be doing sessions from any part of the world (or space in the near future) where wifi is good enough to connect us.
◈ What certifications do you hold?
I have a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (2017), NASM Fitness Instructor (Level2) (2018); NASM Personal Training (Level 3) (2018); Brookbush Institute of Movement Science - Corrective exercise course (2018); NASM Women's Fitness Specialist (Level 4) (2019); NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (Level 4) (2019).
◈ Do you work with pre and post-natal women?
Yes, I'm NASM certified Woman's Fitness Specialists and former physiotherapists with short but valuable clinical practice with gynecological patients which makes me a better professional to special populations like pregnant and older women.
