Who is the Progressive Training Package for?
The Progressive Training package is tailored for driven individuals who’re seeking enhanced coaching experience. Supervised sessions twice a week significantly improves individual’s adherence to the training program and dietary changes, which is the key to sustainable and consistent progress overtime.
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom, ensuring easy access, consistent training, and flexible booking schedule, no matter where you reside globally.
How do I pay for the sessions?
Upon selecting the Progressive Training Package, you will be emailed and invoice for the four-week coaching commitment, amounting to 312 EUR.
Will the training program be tailored to my specific health needs?
Absolutely. During the initial training session, we conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed questionnaires to understand your unique health and fitness goals and preferences.
