Who is the Foundational Training Package for?
The Foundational Training package is tailored for self-motivated individuals who prefer minimal training supervision but need a specific, goal-oriented exercise routine, evidence-based nutritional guidance, and additional wellness strategies to improve elevate their physical and mental wellbeing.
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom, ensuring easy access, consistent training, and flexible booking schedule, no matter where you reside globally.
How do I pay for the sessions?
Upon selecting the Foundational Training Package, you will be emailed and invoice for the four-week coaching commitment, amounting to 196 EUR.
Will the training program be tailored to my specific health needs?
Absolutely. During the initial training session, we conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed questionnaires to understand your unique health and fitness goals, capabilities, and preferences.
Is it possible to achieve my fitness goals through the Foundational Training Package?
With a Foundational Coaching package, you’ll receive weekly coaching sessions designed to keep you focused, and provide necessary changes when needed. However, it's important to note that opting for fewer coaching sessions requires a higher level of self-discipline and awareness of proper exercise techniques. Your dedication plays a key role in achieving your fitness goals.
