I’m Kristina, and I am here to help people find their way to better movement, increased vitality and deeper connection with their bodies and minds. Starting as physiotherapist in a field of disabilities and chronic illnesses I gradually transitioned myself into the space of health and fitness, where I was able to turn pain management into pain healing and overall prevention through the healing power of movement, personalized nutritional guidance, and healthy habit formation.

For six years I’ve been teaching and sharing my love for physical and mental nourishment. Driven by endless curiosity and continuous education in the health and wellness space, I firmly believe that personalized, evidence-based practice tailored to individual needs is the key to creating lasting vitality, health, and happiness in one's life.
